Terms of Service
These terms describe the rules for using the Axis Prints 3D website and purchasing or requesting products and services from Axis Prints 3D.

Orders and acceptance
Submitting an order, plaque design, custom-work request, or quote request does not guarantee acceptance. Axis Prints 3D may contact you to confirm design details, pricing, production requirements, availability, shipping, delivery, or payment before an order enters production.
Custom and personalized products
Customers are responsible for reviewing names, wording, links, colors, logos, dimensions, and other personalized details before approval. Because customized products are made specifically for the customer, cancellation, return, and remake eligibility may be limited after production begins.
Customer-provided content
By uploading a logo, image, text, QR destination, or other material, you represent that you have the right to use it for the requested product. Axis Prints 3D may refuse content that appears unlawful, infringing, deceptive, unsafe, or otherwise inappropriate for production.
Pricing and payment
Displayed prices are starting or standard prices unless stated otherwise. Custom sizes, unusual requirements, bulk quantities, delivery needs, taxes, shipping, and optional features may change the final price. The final order total will be presented before payment or production approval.
Production and delivery estimates
Production and delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may occur because of design revisions, material availability, equipment issues, carrier delays, weather, or other circumstances outside reasonable control.
Product characteristics
3D-printed parts can show normal layer lines, small surface variations, support marks, or minor color variation. Product photographs and digital previews are intended to represent the product but may not perfectly match every manufactured item or screen.
Website use
You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with site operation, scrape protected account information, upload malicious code, or use Axis services for unlawful activity.
Intellectual property
Axis Prints 3D branding, website content, original product designs, templates, software, and other proprietary materials remain the property of their respective owners and may not be copied or redistributed except as permitted by law or written authorization.
Communications
Transactional messages relating to an order, account, quote, delivery, or support request are separate from optional marketing messages. Promotional email and SMS preferences are governed by the Email & SMS Terms.
Changes to these terms
Axis Prints 3D may update these terms as the website, checkout process, payment methods, products, or services evolve. The posted “Last updated” date identifies the current version.
