Current policies for production timing, shipping, local delivery, damaged orders, and customized products.

Production time
Standard production is currently estimated at up to 10 business days unless a product page, quote, or order confirmation states otherwise. Custom revisions or bulk orders may take longer.
Shipping
Current standard website shipping is $10, with free standard shipping at $100 or more where the offer applies. Final shipping charges and available methods will be shown or confirmed before payment.
Charlotte delivery
Eligible Charlotte-area customers may be offered local delivery or pay-at-delivery. Availability depends on location, order type, scheduling, and approval by Axis Prints 3D.
Custom products
Personalized and made-to-order products generally cannot be returned because of a change of mind once production has begun. If Axis makes an error or the item arrives damaged, contact support so the issue can be reviewed.
Damage or order problems
Contact support@axisprints3d.com as soon as reasonably possible with your order information and clear photos of the product and packaging. Axis will determine whether a replacement, remake, repair, refund, carrier claim, or other resolution is appropriate.
Marketplace orders
Orders completed through Etsy, TikTok Shop, or another marketplace may also be subject to that marketplace’s checkout, cancellation, return, and buyer-protection rules.
