Email & SMS Terms
How Axis Prints 3D handles necessary customer messages and optional promotional communications.

Transactional communications
When you create an account, place an order, submit a plaque design, request a quote, or contact support, Axis may use the email address or phone number you provide for messages reasonably related to that request. These can include design questions, approvals, receipts, account notices, production updates, delivery or shipping updates, and support responses.
Promotional email
Promotional email about new plaque designs, seasonal releases, business products, offers, or other Axis products is optional. Marketing emails will include a method to unsubscribe from future promotional email.
Promotional text messages
Promotional SMS requires a separate affirmative opt-in. Consent to promotional texts is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Customers can opt out using the instructions provided in the message.
Preference records
Axis may retain records of when and how a customer selected or changed a marketing preference so communication choices can be honored and documented.
